Fredda Rowan

Fredda Webb- Rowan, age 75, died on July 10th, 2021

She was born on March 25th, 1946 to Fred and Ora Mae Billings in Richmond, California.

She married and moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas where they owned and operated Webb’s Sun Valley Market and other local businesses in Hot Springs.  She later moved to Tennessee and worked as an employment recruiter for approximately 20 years.  Sher retired and moved back to Hot Springs to be closer to her family in 2020.

She is survived by her four children David Webb II, Darin Webb, April Elfird, and Amy Wolf, 17 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on July 31st.
