Ellen Voss

Ellen "Annita" Ellis Voss was born January 18, 1939 and passed from this life on May 15, 2019.  She is known best for being mother to six boys, whom she loved and cherished throughout her life.  She enjoyed sewing clothing for her kids and grandkids, cooking, spending time with her loved ones, and reading.

Ellen is predeceased by her parents, James Frederic Ellis and Gladys Marie (Brown) Ellis, stepmother Ulma Ellis, brother James Frederic "Freddy" Ellis, half-sister Bobby Dean Hunt, and her husband, Lewis Voss.

She is survived by her six sons:  Jimmy Dean (Tammy) Jones, Jackie Ray Jones, John Robert (Bobby) and Lisa Voss, Charles (Barry) and Lois (Sissy) Voss, Jerry and Shannon (Voss) Lawson, and Gary Lynn Voss.

Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren include: Nicole Elizabeth Jones, Amanda Myree Voss (Layne & Tristan), Jimmie Lee Jones, Casey and Michael Medrano (Felicity & Porsche), Charles Lewis Voss (Angelina), John Robert (Robby) Voss, Kynsey Michelle Voss, Jackie Ray Jones, Cody William Jones, Joseph Kent Voss, Callie Bright (Kyle & Abigail), Katie Jones, Hannah Renee Jones, Joseph Jones, Bailey Renee Lawson, Allyssa Rose Voss (Lorian River), Makenna Lynn Voss, James Cannan Salazar, and Ellen Elizabeth Jones.

She is also survived by her brother, John Charles (Diana) Ellis of McRae and half-sister, Charlotte "June" Hunt of Tampa, FL

Her urn will be interred with Lewis at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery, North Little Rock.
