Barbara Carter

Barbara Carter, age 84, of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022. She was born February, 5th, 1938 to the late Hazel Estelee Pedigo in Little Rock. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Carl Ray Carter, her daughter Mary and her sister Debbie Binner.

Barbara loved spending time with her grandchildren, taking pictures of wildlife, feeding her pet deer and wild turkeys, planning and building gazebos, houses, and rock pathways.

Barbara is survived by her sister: Dana Devore, her sons: Mitch, Mark, and Michael; her daughters: Lisa, Elizabeth and Catherine; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

The family will hold a private service.
